The Phoenix Hotel offers a variety of room options, including ondol rooms, twin rooms, double rooms, and spacious suites with different bed configurations. The rooms are equipped with amenities such as bathrobes, private bathrooms with showers and bidets, air conditioning, soundproof walls, flat-screen TVs with cable channels, minibars, and tea and coffee makers. Some rooms also feature additional facilities such as kitchenettes with microwaves and private pools. Baby products are included in some room types. Additionally, the hotel offers a free on-site BBQ camping place for two people per night.
